Steve Jobs & Apple will announce iPhone 2.0 this morning at wwdc or wwdc 2008 as it is called and I really don’t have any information on it. The iPhone 2.0 is the latest and greatest to hit the market but does this really offer anything you need? I say the iPhone 2.0 is a crock of *7^% as they say. Not because iPhone 2.0 is not a great phone but because iPhone 2.0 will be way more than almost anyone needs. iPhone 2.0, just like the phone before iPhone 2.0 will be the latest status symbol for those that have yet to really made it.
What I am talking about is when Steve Jobs makes his announcement at wwdc 2008 of the new iPhone 2.0 there will be tremendous applause as we all will now have more at our finger tips to make us more productive or at least to cause us to think we are being more productive. Marcia Trimble was killed in 1975 and on this last Tuesday a man that has been behind bars for other charges was charged with Marcia Trimble’s murder. Marcia Trimble was delivering girl scout cookies in 1975 when she disappeared in the Nashville area. Marcia Trimble’s murder has gone unsolved until now and when Marcia Trimble was murdered anyone in the Nashville area can tell you “we all prayed for her”. Marcia Trimble has been gone for a long time but she certainly is not forgotten.
I was a high school student miles away from where this story took place and I remember if quite clearly and remember praying for her and her family. I think the name Marcia Trimble is one that I will always remember and when I saw her picture on the internet it brought back a flood of memories. And I don’t even know Marcia Trimble but I remember the drama and stress that it brought to our community. I think it affected people the Midwest because things just did not happen that often to young children 33 years ago.
Jerome Sidney Barrett has been indicted on first degree murder of Marcia Trimble and the indictment was made public today. Marcia Trimble was the cities most notorious unsolved murder according to officials and scientific evidence has revealed that Jerome Sidney Barrett was connected to Marcia Trimble’s murder.
One observer of the news said it is a reason to be happy in a very sad situation and it may offer some peace to the family of Marcia Trimble all these years later as our thoughts now turn to Jerome Sidney Barrett and the possibility of justice being served.
The Bachelor Jesse Palmer and all the others from “The Bachelor” should rename the show “The Bachelor Breakup”. Jesse Palmer of The Bachelor Season 5 fame has announced, following in the foot steps of his bachelor predecessors, that he, Jesse Palmer and Jessica Bowlin are going their separate ways. Jesse Palmer said he and Jessica Bowlin shared a “incredible romantic journey”… how sweet but in the end romance is not enough… again. Jesse Palmer and now everyone else from the bachelor that proceeded Jesse Palmer are single again.
It is not really surprising in my opinion that The Bachelor Jesse Palmer and Jessica Bowlin are not making it. What sort of lasting relationship could really be developed in front of a camera? I mean relationships in general have a hard enough time surviving with out the added pressure of TV. Then you add the fact that Jesse Palmer and Jessica Bowlin live on opposite coasts and OMG how could you really expect anything different.
How many of you have ever had a relationship last with over 2000 miles distance between you? The Bachelor Jesse Palmer has football and Jessica has college to pay attention to and they live apart from one another and on and on and on… I say they were doomed from the beginning. Believe me if there were true love involved I do think anything is possible but we all know that a season of the bachelor is not time for love to develop and especially in the spotlight of national tv.
I say we just enjoy our shows as they come on and for the contestants they can enjoy the drama of being on tv but in the end everyone should get real and know that the chances of true love are about as good and Jesse Palmer and Jessica Bowlin getting together after she finishes school.
Ms Heather Bresch and Mike Garrison have been getting themselves in quite a lot of hot water lately over her supposed degree. Apparently Mike Garrison the university’s most senior adviser falsified Heather Bresch’s transcript. Heather Bresch attended West Virginia University and according to an investigative panel Heather Bresch did not earn the degree she and the university said she did. That is the bottom line. Heather Bresch (the daughter of Governor Manchin) seems to have some friends that were willing to say she earned a certain degree when she did not. Now there is a whole bunch of people getting in trouble and the truth is if all those involved would just come clean and admit that Heather Bresch did not earn the degree and admit what they did, we would save a whole lot of time and trouble going through the drama.
That seems to be the situation in life though huh? People want things they don’t deserve and if they do or say things they shouldn’t they don’t want to own up to them or try to position themselves so they can appear to be innocent. I mean if you look at one of the other stories in today’s blog, the same thing seems to be happening in it. We all seem to want something for nothing like apparently Heather Bresch did but if we get caught trying to game the system we don’t want to own up to it.
Even this article is an example of that. I really don’t care about whether or not Heather Bresch got her degree. I just want people that care about it to come here and read this article and stick around for a while and click on my ads and stuff like that. There… the truth. I said it. How refreshing and cleansing. Maybe Heather Bresch, Mike Garrison and those involved in this situation should do the same. Tell the truth.
The questions about Abbie Cornish and Ryan Phillipe have finally been confirmed but does anyone care about the juicy details? After a extended period of denying Abbie Cornish’s relationship with him. Abbie Cornish was without a doubt with Ryan Phillipe at last night’s 2008 Australian in Film Breakthrough Awards, according to reporters that were there. Pictures of Abbie Cornish are circulating all over the net today so it is hard to deny any longer.
The two apparently met while filming Stop-Loss, and the thing that makes this story so interesting is it was around the same time Phillipe’s marriage to Reese Witherspoon began to falling apart. In several interviews, Phillipe denied that Abbie Cornish was involved in the situation or a factor in the ultimate demise of his seven-year marriage.
Incase you are not up on the news there were quite a few questions surrounding Abbie Cornish’s relationship with Phillipe going all the way back to when he was with Witherspoon and rumor was that she may have had something to do with the breakup. I don’t know about you but this sort of thing happens so often in Hollywood that is almost not news any longer and to be honest who really cares?
